Capture user's signature in Dynamics 365 CE

 Sometimes we may need to capture user's signature in Dynamics 365.

 Below option could be your reference.

1. Create a new field. 

    Type: mulitiple line text

    Set the maximum length to 20,000

2. Drag and drop new field into the form.

    Add "Pen Input" control to this field.

   

   To make the field has enough space for signature, may set the row layout to 5 rows.

  

Finally, after publish the form. You may sign your name in the interface.
